Spacious and fully furnished double room available in Archway from 1 Feb. Recently refurbished house with plenty of natural light and a large kitchen/social area and garden.

Sharing with 4 other housemates who are all professionals, super nice and social but also quiet and respectful. House also has 3 bathrooms which is a bonus, including one (with shower/bath) right next to the room.

House is a few min walk from Archway tube station so great transport links.

As I'm relocating in February, looking for someone to take over the room and tenancy from 1 Feb until the end of the tenancy in September (possibility of renewing tenancy if desired/agreed with other housemates).

Rent is paid monthly, 1230pcm. Landlord is v approachable and proactive.
