Double room in Archway!

We are renting out this small double room in a flatshare in Archway. You’ll be staying with my flatmate Michael. He's super easygoing. Looking for a tidy and relaxed person (hate flatmate drama!). You will be sharing most of the time with me as Manoela is not at home most nights.
The room is available after 10/2 with some flexibility (max early March).

A few things about the household:
We're both relaxed and hang out together but also make sure we fulfill our responsibilities. I'm a 27 years old professional working for an NGO on environmental/climate policy research. I spend about 3 times a week working from home. I'm a quite active and curious person, love some cycling, hiking, football/tennis etc. Weekends I keep busy with
hobbies (films, food, gigs) and I love a good night out.

BILLS: They come at around 100 gbp per month (~20 more in winter). This includes broadband internet, water, council tax, electricity/heating.

The FLAT: This is an old but well preserved building. The flat itself is very functional. Although old it's quite warm, with a fully equipped kitchen/living room. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen but no drying machine. There is a laundrette 2 minutes away by foot however.
The flat has one bathroom (no mould!).
Less than 10mins walk from archway srayion and access to many buses. Lots of supermarkets and shops at 5’ walk.

The ROOM: Fully furnished, with a wardrobe, a double bed, a desk and bed side tables. The room is very warm with almost no need for heating.
