Double Room in Archway - 5 mins from tube - Comfy

A spacious double room available in Archway less than 5 minutes from the tube. Sharing with one other person. It is a nice comfy flat, feels homely. It has decent kitchen with dining area. Lounge with TV, sofa bed and desk. The flat has a shared bathroom with a shower. Rent including bills is about £1000 per month.

The room available will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished. The room is the largest room in the house at the front of the house. We could also consider switching what is now the lounge and your room if you prefer.

I have lived here 18 months and want to stay for a long time. I am easy going, relaxed. I am a psychotherapist and work 2 days at a therapy room and three days at a hospital. My favourite coffee shop is called Bread and Bean 3 minute walk away. There is a lot to do in the area and easy to get to the centre. I like going to the ashtanga yoga class close by, the cinema from time to time, a local pub from time to time, the Buddhist centre for meditation which is walking distance near Islington. I am quite busy with my work and things connected to my work but I also try and have space to read, run to Queen's wood twice a week. I am social and also like my own space.

I am looking for one person to rent the flat with me as my housemate is moving back to the North. The landlord is nice and relaxed and if there is any problems responds very quickly.
