After 3 happy years on Fairbridge Road, it is time for me to present to U, the opportunity to take a south-facing garden bedroom in our charming, homely townhouse. The details;
Location 📍- Archway (Fairbridge Road)
Dates 🗓️ - Friday August 14th (Room will be vacated onthe 13th)
Rent 💷- £880 (Bills fluctuate from <£100 to £170 in Winter)

One, south-facing double bedroom, overlooking our lush garden on the first floor with plenty of dappled morning sunlight. The room comes freshly-paintedi n 'Pebble' and has just had two clothings rails fitted. Lovely wooden-panelled flooring to boot. Further optional extras include a bed and possibly bedside tables etc as I am clearing out of the country.
As for the rest of the house, it boasts a large, well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with all streaming services, comfy couches and even a dart board! We have a big south facing garden for greeting the morning sun, with fresh decking arriving in the Spring; three additional bathrooms and a stunnign free-standing tub. Our landlord Peter, is a diamond; communicative, understanding very hands off and his handyman Gregor keeps the Fairbridge machine well-oiled.

Two-minute walk from Upper Holloway overground (Suffragete Line, you can go 1 stop to Gospel Oak for connections to Stratford);
Seven minute walk to Archway (Northern Line, High Barnet Branch);
Generous 20 min walk to Finsbury Parl (Viccy Line)
20min cycle to Dalston;
15min cycle to Stoke Newington;
6 or 7 top quality pubs & food joints in the immediate vicinity.
Housemates:
Currently, four pals (3M, 1F) aged between 27-32 working across events, the civil service, fashion retail/modelling and beer brewing. We are a majority queer household; politically liberal; varied social lives (mix of relaxing at home; pub trips; nights out, cinema and theatre); big community feels with shared meals, pantry and home wares supplies; weeknights, think biccys, teas, books and an early night.
We aspire to reside in a home where everyone keeps on top of their own shit, as from there we can turn our attention and energy to doing things for others. Its important you rinse your recycling, wash up properly & remember bin day <3.
