Lovely room to rent in a shared household

I am looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of my tenancy (which ends on the 5th of September 2025, with the option to renew). It is a lovely double room that is fully furnished and has a lovely large window, which has been great for getting the afternoon sun in.

🏡The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. This room is the only one on the ground floor and so the toilet/shower room on this floor has basically been just mine which has been great (pretty much getting an en-suite without the extra cost). The kitchen and living room are shared but everyone is respectful of eachother’s space and have been really good at keeping the place neat and tidy. The kitchen has 2 fridges and 2 deep freezers, as well as a washing machine and enough storage for all of us to have our own space.

3 of the current housemates work full time and the 4th is a student. I’m looking for a neat and respectful person to take my place in the house (referencing required). The landlord covers most of the bills, except for gas and electricity which are split between the current housemates.
