Electricity and gas are on a top-up system (split fairly between tenants) – approximately £30 each/month in warmer seasons, and around £50/month each during colder months when heating is used more frequently.

The house is located in a very well-served area, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. Within one minute, you’ll find pharmacies, barbers, grocery stores, cafés, pubs, and all kinds of local shops.
