Bright Top Room in 3-Bed Flat Holloway Road

We’re renting out the top room in a 3-bedroom flat, about 10–15 minutes’ walk from Archway Station (council tax band D). The area is really well connected — tube, bus, Overground, and Finsbury Park Station are all nearby. There’s usually a Lime bike just outside too, which makes getting around even easier.

The room is bright and airy, on the top floor of a flat on a quiet, residential street lined with cherry blossoms. The neighbourhood has a good mix of independent cafes and food spots. .

You’ll be sharing with two lovely housemates — a journalist and a tech girly - the nicest girls you’ll ever meet and really easygoing !!

There are several gyms within a 5-minute walk, and you’ll find Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Marks & Spencer, and Waitrose all within a 10-minute walk.

The room is £812.50 pmc not including bills.
