The entire flat was refurbished May 2023 so everything is new and in good condition. The entrance is on the ground floor, with a private storage space perfect for bikes if you cycle or luggage. The flat spans the first and second floors of the house, with 2 bedrooms per floor and the shared kitchen on the first floor. Each bedroom has their own en-suite bathroom.
Room
The room is situated on the first floor so super convenient for kitchen access. Since the room is en-suite, it's almost like you have your own studio flat :) The room comes with a double bed and mattress and wardrobe. The current occupant is selling their desk and 2 chest of drawers for a total of £85 should you wish to keep this. (Note: these are not the ones in the photos)
Kitchen
The kitchen contains all the usual appliances: hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine. Each room has their own cupboard space as well as shared drawers. We have a sofa/social corner that acts as a "living room" space.
Flatmates
We all live pretty separate lives, different work schedules so this would ideally suit someone with a similar independent spirit. That said we do enjoy small talk when in the kitchen and we're all very friendly so certainly open to social hangs if our schedules align :)
New Flatmate preference
Ideally professional, aged 18-35 who is clean, tidy and respectful of each other's space. Prefer quiet to loud types so if you're planning having friends over every night of the week and getting crazy drunk then this may not be the place for you...
Transport
The flat is less than 5mins walk from Archway Tube (Northern Line), The line is part of the night tube so great on Fri & Sat nights. Overground (Upper Holloway) is also only 10mins walk and various bus stops with 24hr service, such as 134 to Warren Street, 390 to Victoria and 17 to London Bridge.
