Double room in Archway sharing with one person

I have a double room available in a charming big flat in Archway as my flatmate is moving abroad for work. The room is available to move in from Saturday 13th of September.

The room is a good size double with a double bed, a cupboard and a chest of drawers. There's two (double glazed) windows so lots of light! The flat itself is big with a good size kitchen, a living room and a spare box room for visitors/study/storage. There's wooden flooring throughout.

The area is really great with good selection of food shops, restaurants and pubs. We are just 5 minutes walk from Archway tube station (zone 2) which is on the Northern line and roughly 15 minutes into central London. There's lots of gorgeous green spaces around as well- Hampstead Heath is only a 20 minutes walk and makes you feel like you're in the countryside.

You will be sharing with one person only- me! My name is Maria and I'm originally from Sweden but have been living in London for around 20 years so very settled here. I studied an art degree at University but am currently working in fashion retail. On my spare time I (still) love exploring London- going to exhibitions, theatre, music venues and other art events. I also love running and try to take part in a couple of long distance races each year. I'm very into stand up paddle boarding at the moment as well! :) Also like the usual stuff like eating out with friends, travelling and relaxing at home with Netflix and a cup of tea.

I'm looking for another girl to share with, someone settled in London, calm, considerate and clean. I see the flat as a relaxing home- I tend to socialise outside the house but on occasion will have visitors. The rent is £775/month and bills roughly £150/month (roughly £200 in winter), including council tax (tax band C), water, gas, electricity and broadband. The deposit is also £775.

The landlord would like someone working full-time and who could provide a work reference or two months' payslips/two months' bank statements.
