Subletting my small zone 2/3 flat with bedroom, living room and kitchen to a clean and responsible female while I’m in and out of the country. All inclusive of water, electricity and internet. Bathroom with bathtub.
Fully furnished en-suite bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers desk and all basic kitchen appliances. Small cozy living room/ kitchen with sofa and armchair, table that also serves as work desk, overlooking London. Basic kitchen and cooking items. Washer/ Dryer and there is a laundry shop around the corner for larger loads.

Quiet building, excellent transport links to central London with lots of walking options and Tarn Bakery around the corner.
Highgate village 5 min away, Crouch End 10 minutes away on foot with shops, restaurants, cinema and more.
Entrance to separate flat through a communal corridor, flat on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Responsible, clean and honest sub tenant please who is either a student or working professional, able to provide references.

I am looking for someone to move in around the 18th of August and preferably to stay for 6 weeks with the possibility of extending. My friends live close by and will manage this/ help out when needed.
