The flat is managed by an agency and they will ask you for background check and deposit. Process takes a few weeks.

Utility bills (water, gaz, electricity, internet) £64 summer months (April to September) et £120 winter months (october to march).
I am 30, French and I am working as a nurse in a private clinic. I would love to find someone that enjoys sharing meals or drinks sometimes and watch a movie. I also like my alone time and respecting each other space is important.
