4 bed house, close friends from meeting on spare room. It has been a stable house for over 2 years. We're looking for someone to replace a tenant that is moving for a new job - it's £775pcm + bills, circa £100
We are preferably looking for a female to keep the house balanced.
We have a garden, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room and our freeloading housemate Milo (the cat).
We're 5 minutes from Archway station, Aldi, 10 minutes from Upper Holloway overground and 15 minutes from a gym with a few to choose from.
George (31) - loves outdoor swimming, run club, comedy, reading
Adam (30) - Mad about card games, board games, and dungeons and dragons. Hosts our monthly board game nights
Jess (35) - social worker, social justice warrior, pastry lover, gym lover
We love board game nights and socialising.
