We are two Irish girls looking to fill a room in our lovely, bright, warm flat in Archway.
The flat is close to Archway tube station. It's bright and airy with a shared living room and a balcony off the kitchen. There are two bathrooms in the flat.
We all do our own thing and also like to spend time together as a flat, mainly just catching up in the evening or the occasional flat dinner. We love to make the place feel like a home!
We each take one bill and like to keep the house clean for one another. Council tax is about 56 per month and other bills vary. Altogether about 100-120 per month.
Our other flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, since our lease is up in October the landlord has asked that someone sublet it from her until then, however we would really want someone who plans to stay on long-term and renew the lease with us!
