We are looking for anyone that is friendly and clean to occupy 3 of the 5 rooms. If there you have a friend you would want to live with in separate rooms we are more than welcome to that.
Currently it' s Louis (medic student) and I (researcher) both of we have lived in the place for 2 years already so we know all about landlady and area! We love to be sociable, enjoy times with friends nd cook, but also understand when personal space is needed to study and relax.
We are looking for people to be added to our tenancy to be done in David Astbury's state agents. This is just to sign the contract with them, afterwards all contact is done with our really chill landlady.
