Finsbury Park Double Room

Hi All,

We have a room coming available in our modern Finsbury Park flat from October.

- 15 min walk to Finsbury Park station
- 15 min walk to Archway station
- Crouch Hill overground nearby
- 20 min walk to the Emirates

Sainsbury’s / Tesco all within 5-10 mins.

We have a large open plan kitchen / living area and 2 bathrooms between 3. The room available is on the top floor and has a double bed with built in wardrobe space, it also has a window which opens up onto the small roof terrace. The bed is included and the person currently living there has a small desk / table and chair they would be willing to leave.

Housemates:

You will be living with 2 29 year old male friends from uni, we both work a combination of at home and in the office and would like someone who does similar. Ideally aged between 26-32, no preference on gender!

We have our own lives but socialise together quite a bit and looking for someone who would be keen to get involved with that, and also someone to bring new people into our lives!

The flat isn’t a party flat but we do have people round for drinks occasionally and have a good music set up in the living room, so ideally we would want someone who doesn’t mind music being played from time to time.

Rent is 1050 per month, with bills usually coming to 100 per month.
