Hey folks,
my flatmates and I are looking for a friendly and clean 4th female person to join us in our home.
The house has a big living room area and a big kitchen space where we usually like to hang out while we are cooking and enjoying some time together.
There also are 2 bathrooms, one with the bath and one with a shower.
It's less than 5 mins walk to Archway station and it's close to many groucery stores (coop, aldi, sainsbury, tesco and M&S) and few mins away to Holloway road with many restaurants.
About the room has a double bed with 2 wardrobes. it's very bright and cosy and quite spacious.
You can come and take a look yourself. ;)
We are very respectful of each other and it's not really a party house, cause we are all professionals and we work quite a lot.
We don't mind having some people over or organise something with friends as soon as everyone is happy about it.
Respect is the first thing for an happy sharing house:)
The rent would be of £850 (bills are not included)
About the deposit it would be £563. (the house has been rented through agency)
