2 double rooms available in lovely Archway house

Hello!

I am looking for two new housemates, as my current housemates and friends Hannah and Lucas are leaving to be closer to their work. Which means the house has two lovely rooms available!


The two rooms are both spacious doubles and part of a lovely 3 bed house in a quiet and private close.

Room 1 comes furnished with a bed, and also has a built in wardbrobe. Some of the other furniture could be bought from Hannah if needed! Deposit is £850 subject to discussion.

Room 2 comes furnished with a bed, wardobe, desk and chest of draws which will be bought off of Lucas. Deposit is £1000 subject to discussion.

The shared spaces are very generous and we see a lot of green through the big living room windows and into our garden which I quite adore. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet.
I am working full time in east central as an Architecural Assistant. I enjoy walking, going to the theatre and concerts and anything creative! I tend to keep busy but it would be lovely to have 2 housemates to hang out and have a chat when cooking in the evening as we do now : )


We are looking for someone that is calm and equally respectful of each others schedules and work, but loves a chat and laugh too!


The area is perfectly located to transport links, Archway station a 12 minute walk, Finsbury park a 20 minute walk, overground a 7 minute walk and lots of buses into Central. We are close to hampstead heath which is a lovely walk, and there are lots of nice shops and cafes nearby.
In terms of the contract, you'd be taking over Hannah's and Lucas part – it might be a new year's contract or it might continue as a rolling contract depending on how the agent and our landlady decide to take it forward. Either way, we are looking for someone for the medium to long term. The property is managed by a private landlady though the admin is hosted by an agent, so will need some details (the usual). The landlady herself is lovely and checks up on us if we need anything or have any issues!

Council tax is about £60 each, other bills (gas, electricity, water) come to approximately £60-£80 each, dependent on our use each month.
