Quiet, Bright Room in Archway – Short-Term Let

I’m working on a production abroad for two months and looking for a respectful tenant to enjoy my room while I’m away. Open to shorter stays if needed! Welcome to our bright, character-filled duplex in a peaceful yet super-connected part of North London! Just 5 mins to the Northern Line and 8 mins to Holloway Road Overground, with loads of buses nearby. Camden is four stops away on the tube. We are in close proximity to Highgate, Crouch End, Hampstead Heath and Alexandra Palace. It takes about 25mins to get from the flat to Tottenham Court Road

Situated in a quiet/peaceful block of flats surrounded by lots of greenery and trees. The flat itself is spread across two floors, the flat features a welcoming hallway that leads to a separate, bright yellow kitchen fully equipped with all standard appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher.. Just down the hall, there is a cosy living room that opens onto a private balcony. We have a decent houseplant collection - that we haven’t killed yet!
Upstairs, a long corridor connects two generously sized double bedrooms located at each end, offering privacy and comfort. The main bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, while a separate WC is also available.

There's also a loft space accessible via a pull-down ladder, complete with a day bed which larger acts as storage but can be utilised upon request

Flatmate
Female (30’s) - Irish working professional. We enjoy cooking together, hanging out on the couch, but also have vibrant social lives outside of the home as well.
She’ll also be travelling for the month of November, so you may share the space with another subletter/friends temporarily - its vital this is okay with you.
