Bedroom is lovely and large - can comfortably fit a double bed, desk, bookcases, and more. I’m only leaving as I have the opportunity to live with a friend, otherwise I’ve absolutely loved this flat and have been here for 4 years now. Landlord is also extremely lovely and keen for tenants to make the house a home.

Looking for someone quiet and clean, between the ages of 28-38, loves a chat from time to time but is also happy chilling on their own. This is not a party house and we’re looking for someone who will respect that energy.

Tenancy is due to end in August 2026, however there’s always the chance to renew, and in the past, landlord has been extremely kind with rent increases and only matched inflation at max.

I’m unlikely to take most of my furniture with me - happy to arrange a good price with new tenant for desk, chair and bed frame!
