Subletting double room with living room!

I'm going away for travels for a month and am trying to sublet my lovely double bedroom in Archway, close to every amenity needed (supermarkets, tube stations, busses, parks, etc.). The supermarkets and tube station are just 2 mins walk away from the property!

The room is available from September 24th to October 20th (inclusive of those dates).

I am also open to consider subletting the room not for the entirety of those dates. If you require some flexibility, hit me up and we can discuss without any issues :) Don't worry, the price can be adjusted depending on the length of the stay!

The property itself is quite big for a two bedroom, with lots of space, 2 bathrooms and a big living room and kitchen.

We always keep the flat clean so we expect the same from anyone interested. It is important for us that you keep my room and the common areas in a clean and respectful manner.

My Dutch/German flatmate (26 years old) will be present in the house. Just like me he's a full-time working professional and goes to the office every day. He is very respectful and kind, so we expect the same from you. He likes to have his own space but is also always up for socializing! All we ask is that you're both respectful of each other.

We do not want anyone who is chaotic, loud and messy, we are simply looking for a well behaved person.
