I'm a 32 y/o British professional living in London since 2020! I spent over 5 years living in NYC before moving to the city, and have been here ever since.

The second spacious double room has become available in my beautiful little fully furnished garden flat and I’m looking for someone to share my home with. It has one bathroom to share. The only furniture you would need is for your room/any additional bits for bathroom, kitchen etc.

About the area!!
You’re a short walk from Parkland Walk, Highgate Woods etc.
approx 5-7 min walk to Archway station
Aldi, sainsburys, Starbucks, pubs, all very close by.

The lease is currently until December 2026, but could be broken slightly earlier if needed.

My ideal housemate would be a single female of a similar age who is also a career professional working out of the house full time as I WFH full time. Ideally you'd love animals but not have one of your own so you can reap the benefits of auntie status to chichi, my very curious, friendly and loving cat.

About me: Im a PA/entrepreneur who’s just launched my own business. I WFH with my office tucked away in the corner of the communal living area.

When I'm not working/networking after work, I love to travel, play the piano, create art, garden, or stay at home listening to music/occasional 420/chilllllling. I'm social but I’m too old for the partying scene and Im not a drinker so you won't find me at weekend bottomless brunches but I do love getting dressed up and going for a gorge dinner when I have friends in town! Im sober curious (like 95%) although I always encourage everyone around me to not hold back hehe. Im not a chef or kitchen extraordinaire in the slightest, but I get the occasional baking itch.

Home is a sanctuary for me and I love maxxing out the space (with landlords consent don’t worry we all need the deposit honey) - my landlord has seen me transform the flat and the garden since moving in - she’s very grateful that I take such care and pride in putting my stamp on a home.

My little ADHD brain means when I'm stressed I'll clean which is a great thing for us, but due to my little ADHD brain if you're OTT tidy then we may not be the best match (I'm tidy, but not obsessive.) I always try and stock the home with as many eco-friendly/organic cleaning stuff too mainly for the gorgeous smells but also doing my little bit for the environment!

London can be a lonely place so I enjoy sharing a home with a housemate, but I also totally need personal space and offer personal space too. Over the next six months it’s likely I’ll travel quite a bit so you may get the house to yourself for some periods, I’d just ask you to keep chichi company - she’ll definitely keep you company!
