The flat is approx 5-7 min walk to Archway station, and about a 10 min walk to the overground.
Aldi, sainsburys, Starbucks, pubs, all very close by.
The lease is currently until December 2026, but could be broken slightly earlier if needed.
The flat has a bath/shower, electric hob, a lot of light (a beautiful skylight in the living room so very bright) along with a lovely little garden - a rarity for London. The area is residential and not on a main road so all in all pretty quiet.
Your room is spacious, with lots of light and can come furnished or unfurnished. There are two cupboards in the hallway that can be used for additional storage also.
Bills are approximately £400 a month (200 each)
I WFH full time with my office space tucked away in the communal area. I would only ever take calls & meetings during regular hours.
London can be a lonely place so I enjoy sharing a home with a housemate, but I also totally need personal space and offer personal space too. Over the next six months it’s likely I’ll travel quite a bit so you may get the house to yourself for some periods, I’d just ask you to keep chichi company - she’ll definitely keep you company!
