Huge room available in friendly Archway house

We are looking for a new housemate for our large house in Archway, as our current housemate is moving on after buying their own property.

The room itself is genuinely massive. Forget the usual London sizes – this is an exceptionally spacious double that comes furnished, with ample storage. It can comfortably fit a king-size bed and still has ample space for a desk or other furniture, with plenty of room to spare. You will share a bathroom with only one other housemate.

About the house and us:

- The house: A 3-floor property with a large kitchen, spacious living room, garden, and a balcony which is ideal for hosting a barbecue in the warmer months.

- The housemates: You will be sharing with 3 other professionals (aged between 30 and 36). We are all easygoing, tidy, and respectful of each other’s personal space and are looking for someone likeminded.

- Location: We are situated a 10-minute walk from Archway tube station, on the northern line

Bills are approximately £135 per month on top of the rent and include high-speed internet.
