We’ve got two lovely rooms available in our friendly house overlooking a park, just a 5–10 minute walk from Archway Station. It’s a great spot near nice green areas, and super convenient for getting anywhere in London.

Room 1 (£740/month)
A bright, spacious double room on the first floor with a built-in wardrobe, desk, and double bed – fully furnished and ready to move in.

Room 2 (£645)
A smaller, cosy double on the top floor, right next to the bathroom. Comes furnished.

Multi-storey home with everything you need:

Large communal living room downstairs – comfy sofa, and space to hang out or relax.

Two shared bathrooms between four people (so no queues in the morning!).

A well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials.

The house overlooks a lovely park.

It’s got a really homely, relaxed vibe rather than a temporary flatshare feel.

🐾 The Housemates

You’ll be living with two current housemates:

One works at Franco Manca and plays in a band – super friendly and creative.

The other is a student, easygoing and always up for a chat or a chilled evening.

We’re a friendly household who like hanging out together but also respect each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

Friendly, tidy, and considerate. Up for a chat or a shared meal, but also cool doing their own thing.

It’s a chilled house, not a party place.
