We’ve got two lovely rooms available in our friendly house overlooking a park, just a 5–10 minute walk from Archway Station. It’s a great spot near nice green areas, and super convenient for getting anywhere in London.

🛏️ The Rooms

Room 1 (800/month)
A bright, spacious double room on the first floor with a built-in wardrobe, desk, and double bed – fully furnished and ready to move in.

Room 2 (£700) A nice double room with plenty of storage and furnished

Room 3 (£630)
A smaller, cosy double on the top floor, right next to the bathroom. Comes furnished.

🏡 The House

Multi-storey home with everything you need:

-Large communal living room downstairs – comfy sofa, and space to hang out or relax.

-Two shared bathrooms between four people (so no queues in the morning!).

-A well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials.

-A backyard for those summer barbecues and chilling

-A sperate storage room with washing machine so not that annoyng noise in the kitchen

It’s got a really homely, relaxed vibe rather than a temporary flatshare feel.

💸 The Practical Bits

Bills: around £110/month (varies slightly)

Available: 4th November

The total House rent is 2900£ and with the new tenancy that you will be signing part of the household will likely bring it up to 3000£ yet not confirmed (it might be staying the same) so it means an extra 25£ increase on the room taken in case. We wanna be totally honest and clear with the new tenants :)
