It's less than a 2 minute walk to Archway station which is zone 2 so very quick to anywhere in London.
Other than that a 10 minute walk in either compass direction takes you North to Highgate and Waterlow Park, West to Hampstead and Hampstead Heath, South to Tufnell Park and East to Highbury.
Bills are very reasonable being an apartment rather than a house - my gas and electric bills are around £90 / month.
Council tax is £150 / month and Water is £45 / month.
The apartment is already connected to Virgin Gigabyte Fibre.
