Beautiful Top-Floor Room in Archway

I'm looking for a female to sublet my lovely room in Archway while I spend five months living in France – available from 1st December to the end of April.

About the House

This is a spacious, three-storey home in a fantastic location:
10-minute walk to Archway Station (Northern Line)
5-minute walk to Upper Holloway (Overground)
Close to multiple supermarkets – Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and M&S all within walking distance.

The house has:
Two bathrooms
A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area next to the garden
A shared lounge – perfect for film nights or having friends over
A tidy, clean, and relaxed atmosphere

The room is on the top floor, right next to a shared office space – ideal for WFH or creative projects. It’s spacious, bright, and peaceful, with a large window and good natural light

You’ll be living with four female flatmates:
Lola and Ananya – both currently doing Master’s degrees
Lucy – works in the charity sector
Charlotte – a Central Saint Martins Fine Art graduate

The vibe is chill, sociable and creative – we enjoy sharing the space, whether it’s watching a film, cooking or having a drink together.

Bills not included – approx. £120/month
