Bright double bedroom available from January 1st 2026 (with possibility of moving in mid December) in furnished flat in Archway. £995/ month plus bills (approx £150/month).

The space:
Lovely double room, with amazing storage (built in wardrobes). The room gets loads of natural light all day, and is really warm in winter!

Large living space which also gets loads of natural light. Big kitchen with exposed brickwork, and recently replaced fridge/freezer/dishwasher/washing machine dryer combo.

Bathroom shared with one other flatmate. Plus additional toilet.

The area:
Archway underground station less than 15 min walk away (Northern line), Upper Holloway station (Suffragette line) 9 mins walk away, and lots of bus routes at the end of the road, 7 mins walk.

Plenty of supermarkets (big Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury’s) and great pubs nearby. The house is walking distance from lots of parks, Highgate, Crouch End and Hampstead Health (30 mins walk away).

The Flatmates:
You would be living with two other females. Megan, 33 🇮🇪 and Robyn, 36, 🇬🇧

This is definitely a home where we enjoy hanging out together to watch tv, having a few drinks or dinner. Unfortunately our housemate is leaving London, which is why the room has become available.
