Double Room in a Huge House

This is a good sized room (around 11sqm) on the top floor of the house. We're looking for someone relaxed, kind, and tidy that would like to stay here long term and make the room and the house their home.

The house itself is massive. It has three bathrooms, a basement, a living room with a dining area, a spacious paved garden, and you can see the size of the kitchen from the pictures. The ground floor is open-plan with high ceilings. This much living space is a rare treat in London.

The bills are £150 per person, and this covers everything. Including a cleaner who cleans the communal space. And household essentials like cleaning supplies, washing machine liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen roll etc etc.
