Room going in our lovely Archway house

Ground floor double bedroom (only bedroom on ground floor) available, with large window letting in a lot of natural light.

A short walk to the northern line at Archway and buses and overground from Upper Holloway.

Shared living space, kitchen with dishwasher and garden.

Quiet road.

Current housemate living in the room is going travelling for a year! She's not taking her furniture though, so there's 100% scope to buy her furniture if wanted (bed, drawers etc.)

Need someone to move in on Dec 17th and estate agents would like to get the details of someone by the end of November so that they have time to approve, complete paperwork etc.

We're an easygoing, respectful house, everyone works and has their own schedule but we also hang out in the living rooms together sometimes in the evenings/weekends etc.
