We have a sunny, large double to rent in a joint tenancy, from 1st Dec on the top (3rd) floor, at a quiet, end of terrace house.
Kind of a retro built house, in that the room has unusually high sloping ceilings, a bonus sink in the corner, plus a large built in wardrobe with overhead storage inside.
*The room is mostly unfurnished* you would need to get a double bed frame at least (as the old tenant can leave the mattress if needed).
There are a few shelves, a small chest of drawers that will stay in the room.
- 2 bedrooms on top floor
- 1 bedroom (a former living room) + a bathroom on 1st floor
- Spacious kitchen, toilet, connected garage on ground floor
- A small patio back garden
You'd be living with two other tenants: I work in education and art, and the other works in museums/archiving.
❗️We're definitely not a party house! We're very quiet and pretty good at keeping the place clean and ordered (no issues with piles of dishes in the sink!)
❗️We're looking for someone who's considerate and capable of keeping to a consistent, cleaning rota and keeps extra visitors to a minimum, just to keep the peace.
(Good with DIY, is also a plus!)
There are good connections to any type of transport, so you'll find your way home at any time!
This tenancy is part of a whole house let, however it's split three ways, excluding bills.
Total bills tend to be approx £150 each (for electricity, gas, water, council tax (band D) + broadband).
