Tenancy takeover 2 bed north london flat

Hey I am moving out of my lovely 2-bed flat, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

A little about the flat:

Rent: £932.30 pcm (excluding bills)
and bills areapprox. £120-150 each per month. Council tax band C.

The flat is bright and cozy, with a lovely living room that opens up to a small balcony through French doors

The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher, but everything else you need!)


The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe


The agency is fantastic. They are super responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything

The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. Bonus, there's lots of cats on the street

Archway station is 10 min away with direct tube to central london (under 30 min)

Aldi, Sainsburys, M&F Food Hall in close proximity

Short walk to Hampstead Heath (25 min) and Crouch end (10 min). Parkland Walk (5 min) takes you to Queen's Wood and Finsbury Park

You’ll be sharing with Maria Matea, my wonderful flatmate and friend from university. Maria works in the art world and is full-time in the office (Mon–Fri), and can bring you as a +1 to fancy exhibitions. She is friendly, tidy, and easy to live with.
Maria likes all things creative, nice croissants, a crisp Diet Coke, reformer pilates, exploring London and loves a cheeky drink.

Looking for:


Someone clean, considerate, and reliable. Would be great to find someone to be friends with, not just flatmates


In full-time permanent employment (minimum annual income £30k to pass referencing)


Able to pay a deposit of £1096.15


Move-in date: Between 30th December to 8th January (you choose)
