The room and flat:
It is a spacious double room in a lovely flat on the 4th floor (top floor) of a secure and modern building on Holloway Road. The flat and room come furnished and has a separate private bathroom (not en suite). There’s plenty of storage space with 2 wardrobes in the room. There is a shared living/dining space and balcony, with lovely views and lots of light. It is well-situated, 5 mins walk from Upper Holloway Overground, 10 mins walk to Archway (Northern Line) and direct buses to the City. There is a 24/7 gym and supermarket downstairs.

Rent:
- Rent £1300 pcm
- Council tax Band E Islington (£99.5 pp/mo)
- Bills not included - around £85pp/mo
- Deposit would be 5 weeks’ rent

Your flatmate:
You would be living with Kaivalya, a lovely and chill gal working in consulting. She enjoys reading, writing and cooking.

About you:
We are looking for another young female professional who is tidy, respectful and a non-smoker. You are someone who doesn’t party a lot, and wants a balance between having your own space and being sociable (sharing meals and hanging out together in the flat).
