Hey!!
I’m moving out of my 2-bed, 1-bath flat at the beginning of February 2026, so I’m helping my friend and current flatmate Jorge find someone to take my room (tenancy swap). The contract is on a rolling basis with two months’ notice, and the move-in date is flexible between February 1st and 15th.
🏠 About the flat:
It’s a comfy, spacious two-floor home with a private patio and warm, modern french-style decor. Both rooms are on the lower ground floor level and get lovely natural light from the entry garden and private patio, respectively 🌱.
This is a queer household 🌈. The flat has a calm, welcoming vibe — not a party place, but perfect for cozy dinners or occasional small gatherings.
📍 Location:
Super well connected — 4 min walk to Upper Holloway Station (Suffragette Line), 12 min to Archway (Northern Line), and 20 min to Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line). There’s also a bus stop right across the street with plenty of buses going straight into Central London (Alexander Road Stop R).
🛒 Within 3–10 min, you’ll find everything you need: Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Morrisons, Waitrose… plus plenty of pubs, gyms, cinemas and spots along Holloway Road.
🛏️ Medium-size room:
Very bright room, with two wardrobes and enough room for a double bed and a desk. It has private access to the patio and gets great natural light.

1 shared full bathroom.
🛋️ Living room / dining area:
A bright, spacious, and comfy space with a 2-seat sofa, a 4-seat dining table, and a TV — perfect for relaxed evenings or shared meals.
🍳 Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, blender, full-size fridge & freezer, coffee machine and an oven.
💷 Bills: Not included — they usually come to around £100 in utilities + Islington band D council tax per person.

Your future flatmate will be Jorge (32). He’s originally from Mexico and has been living in London for 3 years. He works in human rights & tech (hybrid setup).
In the evenings he’s usually at the gym, cinema, theatre, out with friends, or just relaxing at home.
Jorge is clean, respectful, and friendly, and he’s looking for someone with the same vibe - someone who wants to keep the flat feeling like a home 🌻
