Cosy double room minutes from Hampsted Heath

10 minute walk from Hamstead Heath and right next to Highgate cemetery, the room comes with a proper wardrobe, double bed, a bookshelf and two desks. The property has two bathrooms, kitchen and a common living room with a balcony with views of London and high speed internet. The room has access to a little shared garden. I'm looking for someone to sublet the room starting Dec 17 until the end of July. The heating is fixed charge, so you can have the heating on as much as you like!

The building is very close to Whittington hospital, Waterlow park and Hampstead Heath. There are multiple supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

We're a mixed group of professionals and postgraduate students, looking for someone easygoing to fit in the household - we watch TV together sometimes in the evenings, play board games and like to chat while making dinner. Everyone is very lovely (including the landlady) and we're looking for someone to match.
It's a great place if you like watching foxes!
