Bright, spacious double room with private en-suite available in our lovely 3-bed flat near Crouch End.
The room is large, very bright, and comes with loads of built-in storage plus a double bed frame. All three bedrooms have their own en-suite, so no bathroom sharing. The open-plan kitchen/living room is huge, airy and gets great natural light even in winter.
We’re on a quiet residential street just a 5-minute walk to Crouch End, with its cafés, shops and restaurants, and moments from the Parkland Walk. We are also:
• 15 mins to Archway (Northern Line)
• 20 mins to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail)
There are great bus routes too, including the 91 to Charing Cross.
You’d be living with Gerald (international development) and Kaila (food sales). We’re friendly, considerate and sociable, but we both work fairly busy hours and also value down-time and personal space.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going. Ideally someone who works more days from the office, but we work hybrid on occasion and are flexible. No couples, sorry.
Move-in: 6 January
Contract: Landlord prefers a 6-month fixed term to start before rolling onto periodic once the new legislation comes into effect .
Bills: approx. £100–150/month (often towards lower end at the moment)
