Room in beautiful house in North London

It's 3 girls in our late 20s/early 30s living in a house in North London. You'd have a double room on the top floor with a desk, mirrored wardrobe and there is a shared lounge, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All bills are included in the rent (including internet and council tax), the landlord is lovely and helpful when we experience any issues, the house is beautiful and for London this place is such a great find for this price. The area is great, there are lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance from the house, its close to other areas such as Finsbury Park, Kentish Town, Camden, Highgate and Hampstead Heath, and the closest tube stations are Archway and Upper Holloway which are both less than a 15 minute walk away. I'll be away from Jan-March so my room is available to let on a short term basis only whilst I'm gone. The other tenants are friendly, clean and respectful and we are looking for someone with the same vibe. We all have professional jobs, one person uses the living room whilst she works from home 3 days per week, and the other often works night shifts so we are all respectful of each others space, we all chip in to keep the house clean and functioning with a rotating schedule. I'm able to accommodate a flexible move-in/move-out date but the maximum stay is the 3 months and I'd be looking for rent up front.
