Description
Two lovely rooms in cosy 3-bed Archway flat near Parliament Hill – garden views & homely vibes
The flat:
We have a really beautiful three-bedroom maisonette across two upper floors in a peaceful Archway spot, just minutes from Parliament Hill and great transport links. There’s a wonderfully cosy living room with views over a private garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and the whole place has a genuinely homely, welcoming feel. It’s the kind of flat where you actually want to spend time in the communal spaces.
The rooms:
∙ Larger room (£1,100 pcm): Bright and spacious double bedroom with a proper king-size bed, generous wardrobe, and desk space. Shared bathroom on the same floor as the kitchen and living areas. Ideally suited for someone looking for a shorter-term arrangement (few months), though open to discussion.
∙ Smaller room (£950 pcm): Cosy and comfortable with flexible bed arrangement and compact storage. Shared bathroom on the same floor as the kitchen and living areas. Great for someone seeking a longer-term home.
Bills (council tax, utilities, internet) are additional and split fairly between everyone.
About the home:
I’m the current tenant and absolutely love living here. I work full-time and really value having a clean, peaceful space that also feels warm and sociable. I’m always up for a chat over coffee, the occasional shared dinner, or a glass of wine in the living room, but I also completely respect when people need their own space to recharge. It’s that nice balance of friendly and comfortable, where everyone’s space and peace is genuinely valued.
Who would fit well here:
∙ Working professionals who appreciate a proper home environment
∙ Someone genuinely tidy and considerate – the kind of person who naturally keeps shared spaces clean and looks after the home
∙ Mindful and respectful of the peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evenings and mornings
∙ Sociable but also values quiet time, privacy, and personal space – both giving it and having your own respected
∙ Preference for women, though genuinely open to anyone if we’re the right match and you’d contribute to the calm, respectful atmosphere we’ve got here
Available: Mid-January 2025 onwards, with some flexibility depending on timing.
If this sounds like your kind of place, I’d love to hear from you! Please drop me a message with a bit about yourself, what you do, and what you’re looking for in a flatshare. Really keen to find the right fit rather than just fill the rooms, and happy to discuss what works best for everyone!
