I've been at the house 2 years now, but am moving out since my new job is up North! Only hard requirement is you are tidy (seriously), but beyond this I'm ideally looking for a replacement who is kind, grounded, and also respecting personal space and downtime. Current flatmates are 3 girls.
Rent is 970. Bills not included but around 100pcm all in, including council tax. I have paid up until Feb 9th, so nothing to pay from you until then!
