1 month sublet for my room

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublet my double room in Archway (N19), located between Archway station (Northern Line) and Upper Holloway (Overground), both a 5 minute walk and surrounded by plenty of shops and bus routes.

It’s available for four weeks, from 28 January to 25 February.

More on the flat
It’s a Victorian Mansion block on a fairly quiet road between two main streets. The flat is located on the first floor. There’s a lovely lounge at the front of the flat, and a kitchen/diner at the back. The double room has it’s window to the back so it’s very quiet. The other bedroom is facing the road. There’s a shared bathroom.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, night stand and chest of drawers. I will clear out my personal belongings and store them in a suitcase underneath the bed, but there’ll still be ample of space to put your own stuff under the bed too.

About the tenancy
I am renting the flat alone, but offer the spare bedroom to people looking for shorter sublets. You’ll be sharing the flat with Julius (he/him), who is doing a fashion internship in London until April. Julius is moving out in April, and I’ll be looking for someone to take over his room from then onwards as well.

Benefits & references: Not needed as it’s a short sublet.

Access info: The flat is on the first floor, with two short staircases (with a landing in between) of 6 steps each. Once you’re on the first floor it’s all step free. No steps from the road to enter the street door, though the street door can be heavy to open. Not scent-free. No pets.
