Spacious and light filled double room in archway

After 2 and bit years living with my wonderful housemates, I have decided to move on.

The room is great and overlooks a quiet courtyard away from the main road, so no traffic noise. It gets sun all day and is large. Plenty of space for a double bed, desk, bookshelf, and wardrobe.

The rest of the house is great. There's a big shared living room where we often watch films and is great for hosting. The kitchen is downstairs and has everything you need. The outside could be more attractive (70s council block) but can't do much about that.

The contract renews in May this year so I am looking for someone to replace me until then. The agent David Andrews will need to replace me on the contract with you and may need to do some reference checks. They have been pretty helpful with fixing things and maintaining contact over the last couple of years.

Bills and council tax not included but usually come to around £200 a month in addition to rent.
