Double room in a bright and friendly house-share less than ten minutes walk from Hampstead Heath. The room has a built-in wardrobe with a desk, chest of drawers, and chair.

The house has a good size living room and balcony on the top floor with views over London. There are two bathrooms as well as a large kitchen with plenty of fridge space and communal dining table.

The room is on the first floor of a 3 storey house (entrance on 1st floor) on the Whittington Estate about 7 minutes' walk from Archway Tube Station and Archway Leisure Centre. Also a few mins away from Hampstead Heath, and Waterlow Park and Highgate Cemetery are right next door. The house is on a no-car, domestic street so super quiet.

Current housemates are 5 guys, all professionals and tidy. The dynamics are relaxed and everyone is friendly with their own social lives.

The monthly rent is £755 plus heating and hot water costs £71.71/month. The other bills (water, electricity, WiFi, council tax) come to about £60 a month.

The Landlady is easygoing, responsive, and always on hand to help out.
