🏡 The House:
The house is an old Victorian terrace with a garden including a BBQ and firepit. There is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC. We've got a living area with couches connected to the kitchen and the garden. The kitchen has all the essentials including a dishwasher. Also an upstairs laundry drying room which is super useful.

🌿 The room:
The room itself is massive - about 4x5m. It must have been the parlor room back in the day. As mentioned above, it's got a door to the back garden. It's unfurnished but I'll be selling some of my furniture if you need anything (ie. desk, bookshelf, shoe storage).

👯‍♀️ Who You’ll Be Living With:
You'd be sharing with 4 others- Nelma (28) is an actress from Finland and she bakes the most delicious little goodies. Cameron (27) is an account and a great chef. Megan (25) works in marketing and great craic. Rochelle (27) works in logistics and has amazing fashion sense.
Essentially you’ll be joining a group of young professionals who value a balance between personal space and sociable vibes. Think chilled wine nights, the occasional BBQ, and mutual respect for each other’s downtime.

💫 Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a replacement ideally in their mid- to late-20s. No couples or pets. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. The agency only accepts tenants who can prove they are in full time employment. Must not be afraid of an anti-bac spray bottle.
