Spacious double room in friendly Archway house

I’m moving abroad so my lovely double room is up for grabs! I’ve really enjoyed living here, and would recommend it to anyone who values a homely space, kind and funny housemates, and excellent transport links. It’s a 6min walk to Archway (northern line) and Upper Holloway (overground) stations. We also have nice neighbours which is always a bonus in London. A bit about the room:

- Huge amount of storage (two wardrobes, several cabinets, two bedside tables and more storage throughout the house)
- Furnished with a double bed and mattress
- Space for a desk and TV (I have a desk and chair in there which I’m happy to leave or remove)

About the house:
- Big kitchen with a dishwasher and all the usual appliances. We’ve had all 3 of us cooking before and we’ve been fine for space
- Separate area with washing machine and dryer (great for these cold days!)
- Bright and spacious living room with a TV and corner sofa, with space for your knick knacks, and any art you want to hang up
- Small garden, great if you’re into plants
- Two showers and two toilets

Who you’d be living with:
Sophia (23)
- Bubbly, funny, and always up for a chat if you’re feeling down
- A great baker and knows a lot about the local area
- Works as a dance teacher

Eguolo (33)
- Loves musicals and knows a lot about different TV shows/films, a great person to watch a reality show with
- Has an amazing Lego collection
- Works in a church

I’ve loved living with these girls, they’re really sweet and just easy to get on with. Having lived in bad houseshares before, this has been a breath of fresh air.

Extra notes:
- The landlord is responsive and always on hand if you have any questions
- Bills vary a little each month (£100-£150)
- We’re having viewings from this Friday 11th Feb
- Move in date is from 15th March, but I’m flexible so please feel free to message
- Council tax band C
