We’re looking for a friendly person to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Archway.

Your Room:
A spacious single room (approx. 10 sqm / 3.92m x 2.48m). The room comes with a double bed and mattress, and there’s space to add your own light furniture.

The Flat:
Our home is on the 3rd floor in a beautiful Mansion block, it is cosy, and spacious. It features:
- A large kitchen/living area with London skyline views.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Washing machine
- Shared garden with neighbours

📍 Location – Archway / Upper Holloway
The flat is in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links: 3 min walk to bus stops, 5 min walk to Upper Holloway Station (Suffragette Line), 7 min walk to Archway Station (Northern Line)

There’s a great choice of restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets all within walking distance. We’re also close to green spaces like Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath.

About Us
We’re two friendly professionals working in the architecture industry. We enjoy having a calm and cozy home where we can unwind after a busy day. Occasionally we invite some friends over for dinner, but this isn’t a party flat.

We enjoy exploring restaurants, art exhibitions, and creative projects, and occasionally have a cosy film night, you’d be very welcome to join if we get along. At the same time, we value our own interests, routines, and personal space, so everyone can live comfortably at their own pace.

Who We’re Looking For
An independent, respectful, and tidy professional who values a relaxed and considerate home environment.

Rent & Bills
Available from 1st April (Earlier move-in date flexible).
All bills are shared equally and typically range between £100–£150 per person per month depending on the season. Council tax band D.
