Hi, I have a spare room available for single occupancy. The room is a spacious single and fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. In a clean, warm and quieter flat (2floors)with garden.
Rent includes all bills - council tax, water, Wifi internet, heating.
Great location - 3 minutes walk to Archway station and buses. There are lots of lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets and 10min walk to Waterloo park, 15min to Hamstead heath and Parliment Hill.
I am a fifty-something young minded sporty professional female and respectful of someones privacy.
I am looking for a student or professional female to rent the spare bedroom. Non-smoker.
Deposit is one weeks rent £175 (£700pm) to secure the room.
The room will be available from May but I can be flexible with dates
