Beautiful room in a bright, spacious flat

Beautiful double room in a quiet, spacious flat (band D) only a few minutes’ walk from both Archway and Upper Holloway stations. We have cafes and good restaurants within easy walking distance and a selection of supermarkets, as well as a Farmer’s market most weekends.

We are looking for a lodger to share our quiet home. The flat has 3 bedrooms, and we use two of them – one as our own bedroom and one as our office. The spare room is a large, fully furnished double bedroom, with a fitted double wardrobe, that overlooks a garden at the back of the property, so it is sunny and quiet. There is also a cloakroom near it.

The kitchen / breakfast room is fully equipped with all that is needed, including crockery and cutlery. It opens onto a terrace that is perfect for breakfast or an evening drink in the summer. There is a large comfortable lounge dining room for use when we are away.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy quiet use of the flat and who will respect our own, and our neighbours’, need for quiet, and who is happy to share the kitchen and bathroom with us.
