Spacious ensuite room in Archway

We’re looking for a flatmate to move into our lovely home in Archway, as our housemate is sadly moving for a change after 8 years in the house.

The room:
The room is on the top floor across 1.5 levels (sort of a mezzanine) and is super spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The room comes unfurnished.

- Rent £1,025 per month
- Deposit £1,025
- Bills £150 plus £25 cleaner

The house is a beautiful Victorian terrace
over 3 levels, with loads of storage. We are very lucky to have a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city, as well as a nice little back garden - great for hosting bbq’s and having people over for summer drinks. Our old housemate’s cat may also pop in time to time (he now lives next door but likes to say hello).

We’re just a 5 min walk from Archway Station (Northern line) and also not too far from the overground (Upper Holloway or Gospel Oak). The house is on a lovely quiet street, and is also really close to Parkland Walk and Hampstead Heath if you want some nature time.

The current housemates are Layla (nurse), Caitlin (publishing) and Alex (ecologist) all in our late 20s to mid 30s. During the week we’re all busy working, seeing friends and going to the gym, running, or going to gigs. We’re looking for someone who is similar - has a busy life with their own friends but enjoys hanging out and quiet evenings in the flat. We’re very chilled and enjoy spending time together but also some time in our own space.

We are looking for someone to move in by August 1st (flexible on move in date, but Aug 1st being the latest)
