Big and bright room in a flat with balcony

Hi!

I'm moving out and I'm looking for someone to take my room.

It's a very spacious room with plenty of natural sun light, a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, and a lot of storage available throughout the house. (The desk and chair don't come with the room and you're welcome to bring your own.)

There is also a big kitchen, very spacious living room and a balcony. And enough space in the hallway to store a bike.

The rent is £1050.
Monthly bills per person are:
water - £23
internet - £15
council tax - £78
electricity - £20-30 based on usage
gas heating - included in the rent!

The Northern line will take you to the city in 15 min. There are a few gyms nearby, plenty of shops - Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op. Also lots of green areas and parks - Parkland Walk, Finsbury park, Hampstead heath, Highgate wood all within 30 min walk.

You will be living with Lilja - a 32 years old girl from Finland. She's very friendly and clean. Usually she goes to the office twice a week and works from home the rest of the time, in her separate office space in the attic.

The room is available from 27 July.

The property is run through an agency and so you will have to pass reference checks. The agency requires proof of right to rent for non-UK citizens, 3 months bank statements showing income, and 3 payslips. You will sign an agreement to swap with me in my existing contract with Lilja. There is also a £50 one-time agency fee to process the tenancy swap which we can split between us (£25 for you).
