Big sunny room in a flat with balcony

Hi!

I'm moving out and I'm looking for someone to take my room.

It's a very spacious room with a lot of natural sun light coming through (it's facing South), a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, and a lot of storage available throughout the house.

There is also a big kitchen, very spacious living room and a balcony. There is also enough space in the hallway to store a bike.

Monthly bills are split equally with the flatmate:
water - £23
internet - £15
council tax - £78
electricity - around £30 based on usage
gas heating - included in the rent!

The Northern line will take you to the city in 15 min. There are a few gyms nearby, plenty of shops - Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op. Also lots of green areas and parks - Parkland Walk, Finsbury park, Hampstead heath, Highgate wood all within 30 min walk.

You will be living with Lilja - a 32 years old girl from Finland. She's very friendly and clean. Usually she goes to the office twice a week and works from home the rest of the time.

Your contract will begin on 27 June but you can move in as early as 21 June if you want to.

The property is run through an agency and so you will have to pass reference checks.

You will see one more ad for the same room as both me and my flatmate are doing viewings. Please message either one of us if you'd like to see the place!
