I have a spare room available in my garden flat near Archway.

Ideal tenant is a Master's / PhD student who is considerate, clean, pet-friendly, and a non-smoker.

The flat is a quiet two-bed with a garden and has been renovated and extended to a high standard, featuring in an architecture and design magazine.

The available room is a bright, spacious double with a large side window and skylight. It works perfectly as a combined study space and comes fully furnished with a desk, ergonomic chair, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and wall mirror.

There is a bright large kitchen (with dining table, coffee bar, hob/oven, washing machine, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher), a modern bathroom (with rainforest shower and bathtub), and a living room with TV (HBO / Prime). Lots of storage, including a cellar, and there is a cleaner once a fortnight. Fast WiFi available throughout the flat.

The flat does comes with a very friendly cockapoo and an old cat so a pet-friendly tenant is essential.

Location:

The flat is in a great Zone 2 location for transport links, amenities, and universities (London Met, UCL etc.). It is less than a 10-minute walk to Archway station and a few minutes from Upper Holloway station. Highgate, Tufnell Park, Kentish Town, Crouch End, Stroud Green, and Finsbury Park are all nearby and within walking distance or a quick bus ride. Lots of buses to most locations at the end of the street.

Housemate:

I’m a mid-40s gay guy working in media and tech. I enjoy coffee, reading, travel, arts, swimming, design, and being a dad. Currently working my way through lots of Nordic noir!

Availability / Bills:

The room is available from 1 July. Rent is £1,250 pcm and is inclusive of all bills. One month's deposit required.
