Double Room Near Archway/Crouch Hill

after five years I am sadly leaving my lovely room in Archway and looking for someone to take over the tenancy. rent is currently £660 monthly and other bills (council tax, electric, wifi, water) come to roughly £200-250

this double bedroom in a split level three bed flat is available from mid July (flexible by a week or so). it has a large desk for wfh, two large chest of drawers and a huge closet opposite the room. there is one bathroom upstairs and one toilet/sink room downstairs. there’s a large sitting/dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

the bedroom is on the third floor not facing the main road and is west facing so gets loads of afternoon sunlight and some lovely sunsets.

archway tube station (northern line) and upper holloway overground are 10-15mins walk away, crouch hill overground is 5mins walk and finsbury park is 20mins. there are several buses right outside the flat (91, 41, 210, W7). and numerous shops, coffee and food places on the street.
