We're Poppy, Gareth and Ru a group of close friends who have just been offered an amazing 4-bedroom terraced house (🎉 offered on 16th July) and are looking for a fourth housemate to join us before we sign the contract.

The move-in date is 2nd September, and we're hoping to get everything signed and deposits paid over the next couple of weeks, so it's a fairly quick turnaround!

The Room - on the floor plan is the reception room and in the photos has the blue chair.

The room is absolutely huge, considerably bigger than the other rooms - very high ceilings, more than big enough for a couple, with plenty of space for a bed, desk, wardrobes and a cosy seating area.

£950pcm for a single occupant (Deposit is 1852.57)

£1,500pcm for a couple ( deposit is 2,496.67)

A lovely 4-bedroom terraced house, split across 3 floors in Archway perfectly placed between *Archway, Crouch End and Finsbury Park

You'll be within easy reach of:

* Archway Underground Station (Northern Line) 5/10 minutes
* Finsbury Park Station (Victoria, Piccadilly & National Rail) 15/20 minutes
* Crouch End's cafés, independent shops and restaurants 10/15minutes
* Loads of great pubs

* Plenty of green spaces nearby for walks and picnics

It's a brilliant spot if you want great transport while still having a neighbourhood feel.

About Us

We're all queer and work in the arts.

Ru (they/them) – Non-binary, Venue Manager at the Barbican. Runs a theatre company.
Poppy – Works at the Barbican. Has a theatre company and is a working actor.
Gareth (they/them) – Non-binary, works at the Donmar Warehouse, and is a working actor.

One of the perks of living with us? There are usually plenty of opportunities for free theatre and arts tickets!

We're looking to build a home rather than just share a house. We'd love someone who's friendly, communicative, considerate, enjoys the occasional shared meal, pub trip or film night, but also respects everyone's own space and downtime.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Earns at least £30,000 per year** (required by referencing or have a UK Guarantor)
Is queer, or a genuinely supportive LGBTQ+ ally.
- Is tidy, respectful and easy to live with.
- Wants to be part of a friendly household rather than just rent a room.

Singles and couples are both very welcome.
